Our Mission: Fixing a Broken Childcare System

Childcare is essential to every community, yet it’s underfunded, leaving teachers underpaid and parents overwhelmed by rising costs.

Christ Church Children's Center’s Million Smiles Campaign is our response to this broken system.

We believe there’s a better way. Our campaign will raise funds to support our childcare center financially without making care more expensive for families. By investing in our teachers and programs, we can create an environment where everyone benefits—especially the children.

Our goals are simple but impactful:

Provide creative, innovative educational supplies that foster children's growth and imagination.
Pay our teachers what they deserve—they are currently making an average of just $12 per hour.
Attract more qualified staff with competitive salaries, ensuring we maintain excellent care.
Offer affordable childcare to families who need it, without constantly raising rates.
Expand our reach to enroll more children and impact more families in our community.

How Your Donation Helps

Your contribution to the Million Smiles Campaign will directly improve the lives of our teachers, children, and families:

$25 provides new art supplies for one classroom.
$100 covers the cost of educational games and learning tools for a month.
$250 helps us offer professional development for our teachers.
$500 ensures we can offer competitive wages to attract new, qualified staff members.
$1,000 supports one child's tuition for a month, giving a family affordable care.
